What's next? π€
β
First, check your Share Settings. This is how you ensure all the relevant settings are enabled/disabled, depending on what you'd like to achieve.
How to access Share Settings?
To access the Settings menu, Click Share on the upper right corner of your top bar.
Select Share settings.
Now, it's up to you to configure the options. You can enable or disable toggles.
β
What does each setting mean?
Require viewer's email
This is, probably, the toggle you will use the most.
β
Enabling it means that Flowla requires your room viewers to submit their e-mail addresses the first time they view your room. Doing so allows you to identify who has viewed your room and spot potential stakeholders by accessing Room Analytics.
β
If Toggle is enabled :
If Toggle is disabled:
Require Password
Enabling this toggle means that you will password-protect your room.
Viewers are prompted to enter the password before accessing the room.
Disable conversations & contacts
If Toggle is enabled :
Your viewers can leave comments in the social bar and see other people who have accessed the room.
The comments and previous viewers are visible to everyone accessing the room.
If Toggle is disabled:
The social bar is no longer accessible. This means that flow viewers can't write comments or see who has accessed the room.
Disable this toggle if you are sharing the room with multiple target companies.
Disable downloads
Enabling this toggle means that your room viewers are not able to download file-based content such as PDF, Video, etc.
Disable direct links
Enabling this toggle hides the Open Link button for embedded links. This means that your room viewers are not able to leave Flowla and view the embedded link on another platform (i.e. YouTube).
