What Smart Queue Does
When a workflow reaches an action that includes AI-generated content, like an email or business case, youâll see a toggle labeled:
"Add to queue for review"
If this is enabled, hereâs what happens:
A trigger fires (e.g. a deal stage changes or a form is submitted)
The workflow moves to an action like Send Email or Add to Room
That action includes an AI Agent, and the âAdd to queue for reviewâ toggle is on
Flowla generates the draft content
Instead of executing the action immediately, the content is sent to your Smart Queue
You:
Review and refine the draft
Approve and send it
Or dismiss it entirely
You stay fast, flexible, and fully in control.

How to Enable It
Inside the Workflow Builder:
Add an action like Send Email, Post to Slack, or Add to Room
If the action includes AI-generated content, toggle on:
âAdd to queue for reviewâ
Flowla will hold this step for your approval before sending or posting.
To access your queue:
Click Smart Queue from your Workflow menu
Open any draft, make quick edits, and click Send or Dismiss
