Once you share your room, the magic starts to happen. ✨

People start viewing your room, they also share it internally or even invite new stakeholders, they're completing actions - your room is gaining momentum!

But how do you know who has visited your room or even how much time they spent inside?

For that, we've created Room analytics.

How to access Room analytics?

  • While in a room, click Analytics in the top bar

Understanding Room analytics

1. Overview

This section gives a quick summary of your room’s activity. It shows total engagements, completion rate, and a breakdown of interactions. Helping you quickly gauge overall engagement and viewer activity.

2. Sessions

This section helps you gauge the level of interest of each room viewer, per session. That means that every time they view your room, you will get a detailed breakdown of whether they've viewed a section or a step and how much time they spent on each one.

This allows you to check which parts of your room they've shown the most interest in and adapt your approach accordingly.

2. Viewers

The viewers tab gives you a more detailed understanding of who has viewed your tab, shows their e-mail addresses, LinkedIn profiles and roles, as well as provides information about time spent inside the room and when they were last seen.

This helps you identify your stakeholders.

3. Contents

The Contents view shows how your content is performing within a room. This means that we offer a breakdown of total number of views and time spent on each step, individually.

This way, you can understand whether you need to tweak your room for better engagement.

To show you who has been inside the room, remember to enable the toggle called Require viewer's email from Share settings.
