What Happens If I Cancel or Downgrade My Plan?

You can cancel or downgrade your Flowla subscription anytime - no data lost, no surprises.

📘 TL;DR

You’ll keep access to all features of your current plan until the end of your billing period. After that, your workspace will move to the selected plan and any limits will apply.


How to Cancel or Downgrade Your Plan

  1. Go to the left-hand sidebar → Settings → Billing

  2. Select Change Plan

  3. Click Downgrade under the plan you want to move to

  4. Confirm your choice — you’ll receive an email notification

Only Admins can manage billing and subscriptions.


What Happens When You Cancel or Downgrade

You won’t lose any rooms. But depending on the plan you're moving to, some limits may apply.

a) From Team → Pro:

  1. All workflows created with Flowla Autopilot will be deactivated
    (including custom reminders and email templates)

  2. Advanced reporting will be removed, including:

    • Team productivity reports

    • Advanced engagement reports

    • Weekly pipeline summaries

    • Content performance reports

b) From Pro or Team → Free Plan

  1. Workflows will stop running (if applicable)

  2. No new rooms can be created if your workspace already has more than 5

You will retain access to all previously created rooms. You won't be able to create any more new rooms.
