As a best practice, we recommend creating a new flow for each prospect.

That way you can:

Personalize the flow with your prospect's logo and brand colours;

✅Use the social bar to communicate with your prospect.

✅Use the flow as an interactive digital space, where you can add documents personalized for one prospect (e.g. NDA, Contract, etc.) and request actions to be completed.

Once you have your template ready, creating a new flow for each prospect can take just a few seconds. You can find out how to create a template in this article.

Choosing to share the flow with multiple prospects will result in the following outcomes:

❌Flows are not personalized with the prospect's logo or brand colours;

❌Social bar should be disabled. You can't communicate with your prospect.
Enabling the social bar means that prospects see each other's details and can leave comments that are visible to all.

❌Your flow behaves more like a landing page/ info hub, where you add general documents.

❌Requesting actions to be completed by prospects is not advisable since, as soon as one prospect completes the action, it gets marked as done for all the others.

A flow is a "living, breathing" digital space that can hold almost any type of content and actions. It's meant to be an interactive and personalized journey for each of your prospects.

Flowla behaves at its fullest potential when you create a new flow for each prospect. ⭐
