📘 TL;DR
Your Flowla profile powers personalization across every room you create. By filling out your profile once, you enable custom variables like your name, title, phone number, and calendar link to be used automatically inside templates and workflows, keeping everything on-brand without manual edits.
Head to Settings → Profile to update relevant information.
Why It Matters
Setting up your profile isn’t just about looking good; it’s about working smart. When your name, title, or contact details are saved in your profile, Flowla can insert them into templates, emails, and AI-generated messages through variables.
It’s a simple way to ensure a consistent, human touch across all customer journeys and save time while doing it.
How to Set It Up
Go to Settings → Profile, and complete the following fields:
First and last name
Title (e.g. Account Executive, CSM)
Headline (optional)
Phone number
LinkedIn URL
Meeting link (for calendar booking)
Profile picture
This information will be used across rooms when you’re listed as the creator.
How Your Info Gets Used - Variables
Once your profile is filled out, it powers dynamic variables in your templates.
Examples of variables that use your profile:
{{room_creator.full_name}}
{{room_creator.title}}
{{room_creator.phone_number}}
{{room_creator.meeting_link}}
When someone on your team creates a room, Flowla automatically fills those variables using the creator’s profile, keeping every touchpoint aligned.
What You'll See in the Editor
Blue variables = properly filled
Orange variables = missing data
In presentation mode, variables appear as normal text (not highlighted)
So if you see orange, just head to your profile and update the missing field.
