How Do Credits Work?

Learn how workflow credits work, avoid running out, and get tips to use them efficiently.

Credits are used on Flowla’s workflows and AI features and renew on a monthly basis.

View your organization’s credit limits and current usage at the bottom of the sidebar.

Credit Usage

  • Each successful action in a workflow run (except AI-actions) uses 1 credit.

  • Each successful AI-action in a workflow run uses 2 credits.

  • Triggers or actions that fail do not consume credits.

What Happens if You Run Out of Credits?

  • Workflows in your organization will pause when credits run out.

  • Credits renew every month.

  • If you don’t want to wait, you can upgrade your credit package by contacting us from Intercom chat on the right-hand side.

Credit Limits by Plan

  • Starter & Pro: 100 credits (gradually rolling out, may not be available for all accounts)

  • Team: 10,000 credits

  • Enterprise: On-demand

Tips to Reduce Credit Usage

  • Filter triggers: Configure your triggers to only run for relevant objects.

  • Use break actions: Add conditions to stop workflows where it makes sense, preventing extra credit usage.
